Couldnt they recast the 409 to operate over part of the route of the present route from St Hilarys Brow to Seacombe and then continue in a loop using the present 409 route and have say a 408 doing the route in the opposite direction . Maybe its time to think a bit out of the box that way you dont lose the link in full. |
