A surprising turn of events has seen 22202 repaired and re-enter service at Stockton depot. 22201 however has now been withdrawn to disposal along with Slatyford's 22485 while 22208 is in reserve and 22206 has disappeared from Stockton, last seen heading north on a loawloader.

Meanwhile, the number of ALX200-bodied Dart SLFs has now dropped to just one - 33101 (R101 KRG), which has moved from South Shields to Hartlepool to replace 33491 (R491 MVN) which has followed 33488/92 in being withdrawn with a cracked chassis. This move makes 33101 the most moved Dennis Dart SLF/Alexander ALX200 in the fleet alongside sister 33102 in having worked for almost every North East depot (33101 has never worked out of Slatyford depot, 33102 never worked out of Sunderland depot).
