For the whole north west yes it is cheap but how many people who live beyond the mersey boundary are really going to go that far. West lancs customers don't even have a zone ticket so if you need it for work for example your paying for the entire north west which is not on. What arriva could do at least is introduce Route Savers which would make more fair for customers who live outside merseyside but travel on a route beyond boundaries like the 375/385 or the 395. Not saying all routes like this but for key corridors. |
