It sounds like its the start of the Christmas Shopping rush now and the company may need to look at what can be done to make the journey as comfortable as possible , as those sort of passengers will be put off by the cramped hot conditions and may not decide to use it again.

As you say though its hard to gauge demand on a service like that , but the drivers should be funnelling the feedback to management .
