Does anybody out there remember a route numbered A1 during the Warrington bus wars? It was operted by North Western (presumably from Warrington depot) and operated via Widnes and Speke, although I can't remember the exact route it took.

There were all sorts of competing routes operated by both WBT and North Western in the area at this time.

It ran every 30 min taking the 110 route to Widnes, then Dundalk Rd before picking up the 82A route, would be handy link for South Liverpool and Airport from Warrington today....think it stopped around 92, I know it ran only for a couple of years if that.
