I was confused by that, but I think it should be worded more like this:

"Everything with a 'new' reg will be kept for now, with 28531, 28534-43 being disposed of."

That’s what I think it means!

thats what i was thinking, because there is supposed to be 2 more Volvo eclipse coming from wigan for chester once the oft has ruled.
