Ill make the most of them while I can, good old workhorses! 60055 I have had the fortune of sampling recently, and can say with all certainly that this is the finest Ultralow I have experienced, and in numerous areas. The ride quality being sublime and generally performed eminently. Inside, the vehicle was pristine and wholesome. No notable vandalism, even to the rear most seating backs. This whilom Stoke-on-Trent beast certainly brought pleasant memories once more to what Ultralows used to be. Unfortunately, abiding memories of such examples would have been 5318 and 5320 in the final days operating out of Green Lane. 60055 considerably more admirable than the aforementioned Arriva pair, that is for sure. Cheers for that WWH, in that case it would appear the Weston St top car park was an emergency refuge for the said vehicles. Plus, saving PVS copious amounts of diesel in comparison with the extra 40 miles or so travelled to Rock Ferry. |
