RE: New Buses for Arriva North West and Wales
Regarding why PDIs may take place at Manchester - it's effectively an empty yard with few other buses needing anything done so they can spare the time and resources to get PDIs etc complete. These won't have taken place whilst at Heysham so will take place here before they depart for the Olympics.
