2561 V35ENC was the vehicle involved. A very tragic incident, my condolences to the family of the pedestrian involved. Before anyone suspects, the driver would have been arrested by default, as this always happens in such cases. It's not so much a case of the police automatically casting suspicion, but they have to do it... if anything to protect the driver. |
