Wasn't the 20 minute service part of the justification though to cut the 310 back because Ormskirk-Skem pax has better alternatives. Not ideal really for Skem-Ormskirk pax will now be much worse off than they were before, albeit there are the round the houses tenders from LCC (which I suppose probably hasn't helped things generally)
