If that's true, any of those 'moaners' could submit a compliant to the ICO, and the fines could equate to more than the value of some of his vehicles.

I suppose it's not surprising though, given the allegations ex-drivers made regarding their pension contributions. They had some good professional drivers when they had the Cheshire East and Cheshire West contracts. It's a shame their employment termination wasn't handled the same way.
