RE: Merseytravel Timetable Changes
Some of these are reposted from yesterday, including the Maghull Circular ones, of which there are two versions up now, one from 7th October, one from 22nd October!

Valid from 6th/7th/8th October 2012:

4/5/231/232/233 (Maghull Circulars)
Route 231: Monday to Friday peak time buses are renumbered 5 and are now operated by ACE Travel, without any subsidy from Merseytravel.
The remaining Route 231 buses are now operated for Merseytravel by Cumfybus. The route is unchanged.
Routes 232 and 233: both services are now operated for Merseytravel by Cumfybus. The routes and times are unchanged.
Route 234: this service is renumbered 4 and is now operated by ACE Travel, without any subsidy from Merseytravel. The route and the times are unchanged.

18 (Birkenhead - Moreton)
Route 18 now runs as a separate service, so no longer links with Route 17.
Monday to Friday buses are extended to serve Tarran Way Industrial Estate.
(Routes 17 and 117 are now shown in a separate timetable.)

47/47A/48/48A (Liverpool - Southport or Riverside Caravan Park)
ACE Travel Route 47A: the times are changed. Some extra buses are introduced.
(Arriva services are unchanged.)

61/161 (Bootle - Aigburth Vale)
ACE Travel Route 61: two extra morning buses are introduced between Broadway/AIntree and Bootle.
(Arriva’s Route 61 and Route 161 are both unchanged.)

83 (Birkenhead - West Kirby)
Route 83A is withdrawn, so Hoylake, Meols, Moreton or Upton are no longer served.
Route 83 now runs as a single service between West Kirby, Arrowe Park Hospital and Birkenhead Bus Station.

The service is now operated by Cumfybus, without subsidy from Merseytravel.

From the above contract changes, route 133 is currently operated by Stagecoach Merseyside, 231/232/233 are currently operated by Ace Travel.
