Found this on CWaC Council website - though the new timetable does not appear on Merseytravel nor any other bus timetable websites.

It does’t say what the changes are but from looking at it, all buses now travel via Willaston, and the second to last journey from Chester runs to Greasby rather than Heswall (Mon-Fri) or West Kirby (Saturday). Morning diversion to Calday Grammar now appears as an X22.

Don’t know why all journeys don’t run via Mollington, there’s more than enough layover time either end to do this and provide a clockface timetable.
