Interesting, seems there might have been two vehicles as 11646 briefly, and one should be 11663 (which was down for Northampton....). I've seen shot of 11646 YX73OVU on the 125, and a shot of 11646 YX73PGE in Chester today (your shot?? on the Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancs enthusiasts page on FB). Looks like Preston have 11663 and this one in Chester is the real 11646.....
