Whilst D&G fares were more, when comparing like for like services they were cheaper than Stagecoach between Baguley and Altrincham (I did use that when I was between tickets taking a return journey in the evening with Stagecoach evening fare). With the Franchising plan, single fare worries should be alleviated. My main comparison is with Diamond as the Enviro and Versa are an improvement over the Solo and Strata Play City Bus Manager?
