These are already past their effective date. Have timetables been publicised or are people not supposed to know about them?

I know there's been suggestions that Little Bollington needs a bus service reinstating after having lost it's service when the 289 was withdrawn and the plan for reinstating a limited Knutsford-Little Bollington-Altrincham service got dropped due to COVID.
