Because of the volume of complaints and suggestions so they are still looking at some alternatives and variations to it, like the peak hours and more buses down Hanover st not Duke st. They are actually spending time weighing and discussing the new ideas with council depts and bus companies and Merseytravel rather than sticking to the planned start of January even though the hub is ready
