It's very strange how hammered those Kettering Enviro400's were considering they're not even 8 years old right now! I think only six of the batch are actually running in service at the moment. The ones I've ridden on generally don't seem that bad although I think Gillmoss's older ex-South Coast batch from 2010 are in much better nick than these so don't quite get how they've ended up in this state with a fair few VOR and perhaps a odd one which might end up a scrapper? |
