Since 2010 subsidies from central government have been cut to the point that it is impossible to make marginal services profitable. Be honest, who would set up a business knowing that it would fail? If you want to see an interesting and varied bus operation on Merseyside I suggest you buy a TARDIS. I'm sure that would attract passengers. |
