Yep I recon so to, some effort needs to be made to get the fleet age balanced, otherwise a small company with lower cash resources would have to replace nearly the entire fleet over a 4-5 year period which is too much out of a units profits, that's presuming they are in profit at that time, whoever buys Bolton and/or Oldham would probably need to do similar. With Wigan depot it wasn't so bad as it was part of a much larger group, but even Stagecoach evened out the vehicle policy there and replaced vehicles within the fleet very quickly with transfers from other depots and newer vehicles, however in Stagecoach's case the fleet was all none standard in a highly standardised fleet anyway.
