Seems to be virtually identical to the December 2018 plan, including the Manchester-Greenbank and Blackpool-Macclesfield services. It would also appear the proposed service to Gainsborough Central is going to be to Lincoln

Note the highlighting seems to be incorrrect as the northern service to Chester is highlighted as currently operating. they also seem to imply the four tph service to Harrogate, originally supposed to have run in May 2018 is already running - presumably there are firm right from that date.

In the case of Greenbank it actually corrects an error. Northern originally accidentally requested access rights to run Greenbank to Manchester services on Sundays, despite no plan to operate them.
