Traffic is heavy appears to be heavy on the 89 according to Google Maps. The heaviest appears to be in the Gateacre area in both directions but there's also some in Thatto Heath on Lugsmore Lane.
Traffic is also heavy on the 10/10A and 33 in St. Helens.
