Northern's May 2018 track access application has appeared on the NR website. Pretty much as expected except the extension of Blackburn Victoria trains to Rochdale and the permanent splitting of Blackpool South-Colne service at Preston. Hazel Grove trains continue to run to Blackpool, but Blackpool-Victoria will start from Preston. . |
