Joining the fleet is YX54GZB a Mercedes Benz Vario with Plaxton Beaver 2 - B33F - new in Jan 2005 to and purchased from Perry & Holtby, Malton. - PHOTO - It will soon be given the familiar yellow based livery. This brings the fleet back up to five.

Voel, Dyserth
Just arrived is SF59DTX an Iveco Daily 65C18 / NuTrack - B25FL - which was new in October 2009 to North Lanarkshire Council (23007). It has a tail lift and is intended for use on a school contract involving Glan Clwyd school, St.Asaph. Also here is GL15CBO a Volkswagen Transporter which is mainly used as a feeder.

Jones Motor Services, Flint
Regrettably I have to report that JCK892 - the Leyland Tiger Cub PSUC1/2T with Burlingham -C36F bodywork has been sold to Ensign. This ex Ribble preserved vehicle had been with Jones since 1975 and had been a regular attender at many events including the Llandudno Transport Extravaganza. - PHOTO -

Stagecoach, Chester
OP02ARE - the Optare M890EV Solo SR demonstrator has now moved from M & H to Stagecoach and can currently be found working the 1/X1/2 Ruthin - Mold - Chester corridor. This route together with the current M & H 76 - Graigfechan - Denbigh and 66 Henllan and Denbigh town service are likely to be the routes for the proposed Denbighshire County Council £0.5 million pound element for the provision of four new electric buses as part of a national government project involving in total some £11 million. -- PHOTO OP02ARE - Loggerheads --


Strafford, Coedpoeth
P865ADO the Mercedes Benz 814D / Autobus Nouvelle has left the fleet and is currently being offered for sale by Davies Motors, Ruthin on e-bay.

D Jones and Son, Acrefair
It has been reported that V12DJS has left and is now with Davies Motors (dealer). The Dennis Dart SLF / Caetano Compass was new to the firm in January 2000.

Townlynx, Greenfield
A number of vehicles have now been withdrawn including Solo X100CBC and Crusader W173XMA. The batch of ex MoD Transbus Profiles have now all been upseated to 70. (AW53GBE, ET03WAE and OX53ORU) Back in regular use is the sole decker within the fleet - Olympian S260KLG.

I have a website which looks at the bus and coach operators in North East Wales. There are current fleetlists for all operators and most have a full historic fleet list.
Included are current depot fleet lists for Arriva Cymru. There are also a number of ceased opertators with historic fleet lists including the GHA Group
