Thank you very much for this info. I even looked up the route on Flickr and saw some Enviro200-MMCs there.

This will be a very useful route for them. I can now ride one between Chester and Ellesmere Port instead of either route 2 or X8 on that section.

I plan to tour the area in May. I hope this is late enough to see the new Chester bus station but early enough not to see Arriva Enviro400-City buses in Chester or BYD-Enviro200-MMCs in Liverpool yet! (I would ride these on other trips next year).
