Basically Enviro200s for 41, 42, 38 then as the golds will be for gold services when the wirral closure is done. Norm Enviro300 will be at chester for X8 and the golds will be on 2 and 1.

As for schools, there must surely be some sort of allocation as some must be busy enough for a decker but others only a Solar. Wirral Schools have a PVR of 26 (from the latest Stagecoach timetables) and from what my latest fleetlist says, RF couldnt do it unless they had no spares over school times which would seem... odd.
