I wonder what the outcome of the review will have on the 129 (Liscard - Frankby Cemetry) The route is the same as the old 29 from the MPTE days. As far as I am aware the route has never changed since the first day of operation which if this is the case is in my view the longest unchanged tendered service in Wirral (and who knows maybe Merseyside) Granted during this time it has been operated by a number of various operators and it doesn;t really fit easily into the 118/119 or the 124/125 just because of the nature of the route and times it operates. Will be interesting to see if Merseytravel keep this lightly used service or whether it gets consigned to the annals of history
