Seen from a distance in Sankey bridges was what looked like either a Optare Tempo or possibly a Excel in a blue and red livery that looked like Wilts & Dorset with Link Network vinyls.

Think that'll be this Tempo:

I may well go to their website for more info on bus one, bus two and bus one (school holidays)
Nice to see half a timetable though as I've been thinking of taking a ride on their buses
Very poor quality website

Being brutally honest, I think it doesn't matter that much what the timetable on their website is like, as most customers are probably going to look at the timetables at bus stops and the bus stations and most people will never visit their website.
But I think they might be in with a chance of starting to get a decent amount of custom if they add a third bus and run every 20 minutes like Arriva.

Has anybody caught one of these? I'm hoping to catch the 1000 or 1020 110 from Widnes

1000 was fine from Widnes but the 1056 turned up late by two minutes. Started walking back to the interchange didn't I and it turned up but I still managed to catch it. The tempo was a lovely quiet ride and the B10 rolled and rattled, couldn't hear the radio on the bus for it. The B10 still hold Arriva stickers with logos as well.
Both journeys were empty but the 1121 got a good load (mainly pass holders)
Pictures to follow later on tonight or tomorrow
