Yeah its not dropped mileage but if you can not get on the bus because its full and fit to burst its effectively a dropped journey , some will say thats petty but put yourself in a passengers shoes he would say it was effectively cancelled .

18378 was running behind it officially but overtook it on lowhill.

Not too bad then unless your an Arriva pass holder (i.e student pass) not an Arriva daysaver
