The problem is that st helens have took on a large influx of new drivers over the past few months and due to the large amount of different tickets etc we sell its hard for new drivers to get a grip of them.
As we sell numerous different area day tickets like halton zone , merseyside+ zone , greater manchester zone , northwest and wales zone , system one bus/train/tram so for new drivers its a lot to take onboard where as other divisions only sell maybe 1 or 2 out of that choice.

Arriva renaming the Wigan/Bolton ticket but not telling customers didn't help matters!

How many commanders have St. Helens got? Saw one on Monday, thought theyd all gone back to Green Lane and Speke

None have gone to Gl, those that have left have gone to Speke, so SH may have 2 or 3 at most, if that.
