This isnt the best advertisement for using the mersey ferries to have the service off over a weekend , while the weather other than cold is ideal for being on the mersey , bet you merseyferries are kicking themselves . |

Did not Mersey Ferries state that the Royal Daffodil could be brought back to service if such a problem occured? All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles |

Oh well this has to Mersey Ferries worst nightmare coming true . Oh and remember what infamy said about the service in the winter , could this be the forerunner of the service just operating a winter weekend service . |

The Daffodil was started up and moved out of the way so the Iris could be put where the Daffodil was, as the Iris is having a refit and this now gives easier access to her. |

Disruption to Mersey Ferries River Explorer Cruises on Saturday 11 October - There will be disruption to River Explorer Cruises on Saturday 11 October. The first service will depart from Seacombe at 12.30pm and full cruises will operate from the Pier Head at 1.00pm, 2.00pm and 3.00pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. |

Due to forecasted weather conditions, NO Mersey Ferries sailings will run on Wed 10 Dec. Buses will replace the morning and evening commuter sailings. River Explorer Cruises will not operate. |
