Arriva North West - Wythenshawe Depot
RE: Arriva North West - Wythenshawe Depot
Looks like Arriva are hoping to get some of the student customers between Birley Fields and Manchester city centre, as they've started to offer £1 single fares between Hulme Park and Manchester on the 263.

Yes, it was in Sale today working service 19. However it is still painted in the old Arriva livery.

Dunno if anybodys had it lately but I had 2625 last night on the 15:28 #130 off picc gardens & it sounds rough. Deffo a fairly loud whining noise coming from the rear axle which i'm guessing is the diff making a lotta racket or poss gearbox probs?

Seems to be struggling a fair bit atm climbing any form of hill, also anyone know what's with all the creaking & cracking noises coming from the floor on the commanders???

I think the allocation to 130 differs from day to day as I think you still get the odd Commander and Enviro 300 alocated every now and then but yes bus 130s seem to have Pulsars on them, mind you considering how many Pulsars Wythenshawe have got now I'm not surprised

The odd vehicle pops up be it either Commander Cadet or Enviro300 on workings but the bulk iv seen are Pulsars on the route. Makes me think they should get more Pulsars to cascade 55 plate cadets to Winsford for them to cascade theres elsewhere in the UK or cascade both cadets and commanders to Winsford to cascade there cadets and centros elsewhere in the UK mainly for Pointer replacements

Just in case you've not been fortunate to see repainted Enviro300 CX58 EVL (2740), http://www.facebook.com/tnwbb/photos/a.2...065431015/ , I can't say I'm too keen on the white strip over the dark blue skirt (just like the Enviro200's at Southport).

It'd look much better with a white stripe along the bottom of the front grille and nothing on the darker blue skirt, certainly.
