it's got full imperative blinds and is practically in Impera livery was this one due to go to them before they went seen Y189 NLK the other day in Heswall on Schools with 39 New Brighton via Liscard on the destinations or something similar

Impera weren't due any new additions to the fleet before they finished. The destination unit is most-probably ex-Impera.

A photo of Y199 NLK with Happy Al's was taken in November 2013 (a month after Impera finished) and shows that it was still in Metroline livery, so it appears that Happy Al's have painted it white and blue since then:

The blind is probably from one of Imperas buses, the likes of KU02 YUH arrived at Avon without any blinds, so it could be from that or one of their S-ONL darts
