It is nice to see the Class 319 units starting to move from there original stomping ground on Thameslink / First Capital Connect . Everything seems to be slowly fitting into place after the delays caused by the late financial close on the deal with Siemens for the new stock for Thameslink. |

I do wonder once the Halton Curve eventually is available for service in both direction that the main user of the line may not be Northern or its successor franchise , but could be the Wales franchise currently in the hands of Arriva Trains Wales. |

How does Roby and Huyton now operate since the work was completed . Which trains run off which platforms at these locations . |
