The First vehicles destined for Rusholme are being'prepped' elsewhere and should start to appear in the coming couple of weeks. It will be a gradule process and won't happen overnight as the drivers need a certain amount of training. I'm told that a number of Finglands vehicles should disappear on the weekend of 8/9th March when they will be taken over to EYMS. Not sure if its all or just some but if the information is correct then that might be when the changes really start to happen. Hth |

I passed along Wilmslow Road today and saw no First vehicles in the depot yard in Rusholme. (Long live Finglands.) As far as I can gather a number of B7's with ALX bodies are being preped at various depots, I think most have come from Yorkshire. |

The situation with the Streetlites is getting interesting as I've recently heard/read that they are now being split between Pioneer and Queens Road, I know that Pioneer must be getting some as I saw one last week on driver familirisation duties and I was informed by the instructor from Oldham who was a friend of mine that Oldham aren't getting any and that he was working out of Dukinfield training the drivers up. The ones going to Queens Road will eventually be replacing the B6's there which are heading upto Oldham Depot shortly to replace their aging Darts and Solos there or so I've heard |

Something I almost forgot is that Citaro 60277 is back in service sporting what looks like a new front end and has also got Front and rear LEDs fitted but for some reason has lost its side destination display which has now been paneled over, I noticed it in service on 469s in Rochdale Bus Station yesterday morning |
