It and 3193 have wing mirrors. The camera mirrors are still in situ.

On the Bank Holiday I saw a couple of refurbished Enviro400s, on routes 52 & 60.

These have the new blue moquette in place of the dark blue leather seats.

I wonder if the priority is to refurbish Bootle buses or whether batches at other garages will also be refurbished?

There have been examples ar St Helens and Green Lane refubished as well, not just Bootle

Thank you for this update.

I am due 1 more visit to Liverpool (avoiding St Helens) in the new year prior to franchising so hope to locate and ride one then.

Even after franchising they seem very likely to be retained by Arriva, to replace older double-decks elsewhere.

The 58/58A is due to have a half-hourly shuttle bus service introduced for the Liverpool-bound journeys due to the closure of Bridle Road (towards Netherton Way) from tomorrow until further notice.

It does say on the timetable that Arriva are providing the service.
