Although Cumfybus crossed my mind as a potential candidate for Rotala, both fitting their GM ops & taking them in to a new market i.e. Merseyside, I suspect you may have lost your money with that punt.

Apparently, Stagecoach will also be taking over Target Travel routes in Plymouth from October 28th as their licence is being revoked.

While this article does not refer to Stagecoach, it was claimed on the London bus forum and Railforums that Stagecoach are taking over the tenders.
