Channel 4 have been a very innovative channel over the years. I just cant see how the more brash Channel 5 actually survives |

RE: In the News
It seems that M&S have there eyes on closing another store on Merseyside. The New Mersey Retail Park site at Speke is now on a hit list , date of closure to be confirmed still following consultation. Another site closing in July this year is the Fleetwood (Outlet Branch). The problem with retail now is the emergence of Amazon for just about everything with Tesco Direct in the process of closing down as well because of the Amazon effect. Amazon is killing retail slowly but surely. |

Aren't Amazon on about buying Morrisons too? Morrisons already do some of the Amazon Pantry deliveries for them anyway! buses7675 http://dartslf.com/ Light up, light up as if you have a choice,
Even if you cannot hear my voice. I'll be right beside you dear. |

Think the CMA have a hard job these days with the possibility that Asda and Sainsburys will be one firm in the near future if given the go ahead. Lidl and Aldi have the bottom end of the market sewn up . Co-op seemingly only interested in the little and often , which for the majority of there shop portfolio is the right market , Co-op's bigger stores that dont comply with Sunday trading do seem to struggle in the weekly food shop market particulary on prices . |
