Seed vehicle I would guess - like 10000 and 80022. All initial production E400MMCs will be bodied at Plaxton with Falkirk handing the remaining Euro5 examples (with the exception of Arriva's 'Sapphire' examples which are being constructed at Scarborough).
Apparently over 400 Enviro400-MMCs have so far been ordered. I know of those in service with Reading and Oxford-Brookes Bus, as well as those due for Abellio and Metroline in London. I understand that at least 10401-29 for Stagecoach Manchester will be MMCs. Do any of you know who has ordered the rest? Arriva and National Express have some on order, but I understand that at least the imminent Arriva examples for the North West and Yorkshire are traditional Enviro400 types.

National Express West Midlands have a big 5 Year deal what includes over 100 ADL Enviro 400MMCs
It's possible Arriva North West have some on order for later in 2015/early 2016 as there are plenty of Y registered Renowns and Myllenniums to see off.

Stagecoach also have 18 due in the Spring for Strathtay.
