Nice one Andy, you have answered something I was wondering about, thought I seen 2424 when I was on a tram and your picture has confirmed it.

Indeed was surpriced to see her
Was surprised myself to see 2424 shes been laid up in peoplesbus/ron greens yard for ages must have got her roadworthy for the show anyone know who owns her? Pity 2122 wasnt in attendance would have made a nice photo 2122 & 2424 together.
Not entirely sure it would have made a nice photo considering how 2424 looks at the moment. But would certainly make a nice photo when 2424 has had a new paint job etc, add that to 2148 when that is done and the three together would look nice.
Hi what an excellent day I had with the family on Sunday. We took in the open top decker to New Brighton in the sunshine had a few drinks in the Weatherspoons and got the Old Liverpool Crosville bus back. The driver didnt have powered steering lol ! No need for gym membership. Also rode on 1070 to New Ferry on yhe old 64A route. Met a hybrid as we left on the 464.

Great selection of old buses. My bus of the day was the B reg ribble. Well Done to all...Dodgy

Yes folks, it's approaching that time of the year again! This years show is on the 5th October 2014.
More details can be found here, http://201busgroup.wordpress.com/2014/09...how-2014/.
Should be good fun. Be good if the weather holds out. The New Brighton links were very popular last year. Looking forward to it!
Will be a great day. Just a reminder that Hamilton Square station is closed from next monday 29th for refurbishment so for those of you coming by train you will have to get off at Birkenhead central or Conway park from where a replacement bus service will run back to Hamilton square i will probably be using it.
