All posts on Blackpool transport here!
Blackpool Transport Leyland Olympian 411 was at the East Anglian Transport museum last weekend, looking very well -
photo.
417 was withdrawn on Tuesday, making it the final ECW Olympian in service at Blackpool. However, 417 will have one last swansong and will gain a golf vinyl wrap, like most of it's sisters. This is for a contract which Blackpool Transport are carrying out. 417 gaining the wrap also marks an end of a 10 year reign of the rather attractive Line 1.
I am due to go to Blackpool in September or October, to ride trams and buses and see the Illuminations. As I last went to Blackpool in 2002 the bus network will have changed beyond all recognition! The regs of the ex-Isle of Man buses will seem intriguing.
Isle of man buses are easy to spot mate. E-BTS are the plates and have led lights as well as destinations. took a few photos when i was up there last week
have the DB250's entered service up there yet or just the Tridents?
Following being withdrawn, OFS486Y is providing parts for the restoration of MPTE Leyland Olympian ECW 0031.

I don't know either, but being in Evesham at this time of year it could be a fruit pickers bus. A couple of years ago there was an Ex Kimes Leylands Titan we kept seeing running into Stafford packed with people late in the afternoon and it was returning workers into Stafford from a farm.
