Quick Update, If you have sent E-mails this week and not had a response its due to the guy responsible being away and will be dealt with as soon as he can

Don't forget the folks at the trust are all volunteers - they have full time jobs so NWVRT isn't exactly top priority. Of course there could be other circumstances to consider such as family issues, business calls etc which take priority over the voluntary work meaning they just havn't got any time on their hands.

They will get back to you eventually - Patience is the key!
