1 - Who was the best company of the year?
There was a couple of Operators which have had a good year imo, Best i would say is D&G who continue to slowly grow their Network including opening a new Depot.

2 - Who was the worst company of the year?
HTL, Think i pick this operator every year, A lot of Buses driving around will bumps and scratches on them, Buses out regular with broken Destinations and sometimes using * Buses * in service that are only suitable for Merseylink.

3 - Which North West depot do you think made the most progress in 2019?
Going with WOB, The Management there clearly know what they are doing, Just hope they reduce their ticket prices so they are value for money.

4 - What bus(es) were the best delivery to a company of the year?
There have not been many Buses coming into the North West this year so i will say Stagecoach Manchesters need Enviro400 MMCs

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancs Alexander Dennis Darts, I remember when these went into service so a shame to see them go

When i got Stagecoach Gillmoss Dennis Trident 18156 on the 10A!

When Arriva was looking at withdrawing the X1 Runcorn - Liverpool. Its a well used service and would have left people with double travel time.

It was a shame the Stagecoach X5 Liverpool - Widnes did not work out, It did give Widnes Residents an express service into Liverpool

10 - What bus was the best during the year?
Going to say Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancs Dennis Trident 18156, Still in fantastic condition!
