These are a rare example of a batch of new "conventional" double-deckers coming to London. What with many double-deck deliveries being LTs, we only have these Volvo B5LHs for Metroline, E400Hs and Volvo B5LH for Stagecoach, and E400Hs for Abellio. |

I know the DDs are for Plumstead 122 and 472 and indirectly the 96 but I am not aware of any SD routes up for renewal except perhaps for the increased frequency on the 314, whenever that will be! |

This time last year the media was awash with reports of passengers almost suffocating on the then new Borismasters because of faulty air-cooling systems. Now that summer has arrived again, I would be interested to know if the excessive heat issues are a thing of the past or if the problem is just no longer being reported. |

Nope looks like its still a problem just not getting reported by mainstream (Boris supporting usually) media http://www.boriswatch.co.uk/ http://timgarrattnottingham.co.uk/2014/0...boris-bus/ |
