The problem is they decided to withdraw the 423, so they reorganised the other evening & Sunday routes in the Moreton area & have made a hash of it in my opinion.

It may have been better to keep things as they currently are for now, maybe just alter the 407, although 5 an hour Moreton to West Kirby is overkill, but the 38 can be unreliable, then again so can the 407.

Instead of running it as a giant one way circle Mill Park could have been used to turn the vehicle around .

Raby doesnt need an Evening or Sunday service at all time , how many buses are just rattling around that loop without picking anyone up in the daytime ,
