Just the info I've had from someone, perhaps the E200MMC's will stay on the shorter routes, with all the longer ones being the Ultroliners (are there any longer routes which can't use deckers at Jackson Street????). 60 Ultroliners is a large increase in deckers over the amount with Arriva (36ish). https://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/ |

I suspect it'll be the cross Town routes [like 32/32A/33/35 ecc] in St Helens that will have the E200MMCs, with deckers allocated to all the other routes. I'm not sure there is any route at St Helens that can't take deckers, i've seen the odd decker on the 352. |

To answer my own question the 32A & 39 has to have single decks because of the low bridge [13ft 6in] in Gerard's Lane & St Helens Junction. |
