Its a pity neighbouring authorities [who shall remain nameless] don't consider the passenger a little more when awarding contrats.

Obviously they must be able to, thing is the 168 has had a couple of other operators that have given the service up for the last few years. At least with Arriva running this service they are more likely to keep it longer.
