It has sticky gears! As it gets to high revs on each gear, it slowly changes to its next gear and then a burst of speed moves it along until it does it again at the top of its next gear! Strange bus (but it had a very warm heater at the front by the entrance/exit when it was our bus on the 130 and the 210/250!)...
