On the Bank Holiday I saw E400EVs on route 217a and rode one. So they do not merely operate routes into Liverpool city centre after all.

Given that Gillmoss + Green Lane is due to be awarded as a single franchise, the Arriva share of route 14 could move to GM, as could routes 12/13 and maybe route 18.

Routes 12/13/14 were at Gillmoss until Arriva were instructed to divest it to spare a referral of the MTL takeover. They were reallocated to GL to enable Arriva to retain these routes.
