63 is probably about right.....Laird Street currently has 31 single decks (2750-2765 & 6000-5/16-24) and Stagecoach has around 20, then you have the routes operated by smaller operators currently, which will transfer to Laird Street at franchising, plus the 50 Wright Ultroliners for double deck routes, which would make 113 for LS.....which is around the amount of expected new buses on order for there (someone put around 112 elsewhere....)
